摘 要 以深圳市500床位以上的大型综合医院为研究对象，从功能与空间演变、交通与流线组织两方面入手，对特区成立30年来的大型综合医院建筑存在的问题和发展趋势进行了深入分析，以期对今后的医院设计提供参考。

ABSTRACT This paper studies large general hospitals in Shenzhen which hold more than 500 beds. With the
consideration of two aspects of the evolution of function and space and the circulation, we have done in-depth
research about existing problems and development trends of the large hospitals built in the last 30 years. It is
intended that our research would provide references for new hospital design.
